• Guaranteed recovery from deleted or corrupted data

• Continuous 24/7 monitoring unless purchased separately

How the Support Process Works

3. Receive secure instructions for providing temporary server access when required.

4. HOV completes the diagnostic review.

5. You receive the findings and recommended solution.

6. Additional work begins only after you approve the repair quote.
