This service is intended for validators that:

• Missed an announced upgrade deadline

• Have gone offline following an attempted upgrade

• Require troubleshooting before the upgrade can be completed

• Are experiencing configuration or synchronization issues

Additional repair work will be explained and approved before extra charges are applied.

Multi-Node Upgrades

Operators managing multiple validators may request a custom upgrade package. Pricing is based on the number of nodes, their current condition, and whether they share the same server configuration.

What Is Not Included

The standard upgrade fee does not include:

• VPS hosting charges

• Server migration

• Operating-system replacement

• Major node recovery

• Wallet recovery

• Private-key or seed-phrase management

• Hardware replacement

• Continuous monitoring after the upgrade

• Repairs caused by unsupported third-party configurations

House of Validators will never request your wallet seed phrase or private keys.

How the Upgrade Process Works

1. Submit your validator-upgrade request.

2. Provide your Node ID, VPS provider, and current software version.

3. Receive secure instructions for temporary server access when required.

4. HOV reviews the node’s health and upgrade readiness.

5. The validator software is updated and restarted.

6. HOV verifies synchronization, connectivity, and explorer status.

7. You receive confirmation that the upgrade has been completed.

Before Scheduling

Your validator should be accessible, actively hosted, and free from known server-payment or suspension issues. Nodes requiring repairs, migration, or advanced troubleshooting may require an additional service quote.
